'Shiros' Head' to Make European &
Japan Premieres

Guam - SHIRO'S HEAD will be making
its European and Japan premieres
within the next few weeks.
The producers, and Guam natives, Don
and Kel Muna say their movie was
recently selected for showing at two
international film festivals:
The Strasbourg International Film
Festival in FRANCE and the Inaugural
Toei HISTORICA Film Festival in
KYOTO, JAPAN.
According to a release from the Muna
brothers, the Strasbourg Film
Festival is a 10-day international
festival that will run from August
28th, 2009 - September 6th. The
festival is featuring only 25 filims,
out of thousands of submissions. The
screening date has not been released
yet.
And they say the HISTORICA Film
Festival is being sponsored by
Japan's most successful and
established film and television
studio, Toei Film Studios.
This is their first ever festival
and will be held on September 22, 26
and 27. The SHIRO'S HEAD screening
will take place during Japan's big
holiday week:
Date: September 22 1pm-6pm
Venue: The Museum of Kyoto (Annex)
In their release, the Muna brothers
state that "It's always an honor to
share the talent of Guam with new
audiences whether it's here at home
or in other countries around the
world." And "We sincerely thank all
of you for your support."
